PayPal Payment Issues? We're Here to Help!
When submitting a redemption request via PayPal, we send the payment via PayPal Mass Pay to ensure that you do not pay any fees to receive your funds! However, from time to time, errors may occur which force the transaction into the "unclaimed" status in PayPal.
What does "Unclaimed" mean?
- You may have typed in the wrong PayPal email address. This is the most frequent reason you may not have received the payment!
- You may not have a PayPal account set up. Please always make sure your PayPal account is in good standing and active before redeeming via PayPal.
Payments that were made will always appear in your Points History Page under "Credit Activity"
If you see your redemption was successfully paid in the Lootup Points History Page, under "Credit Activity", but you have not received the payment in PayPal, please Email Us and we will sort this out for you!
Please note, if you see your payment in Pending Activity, your payment is still being processed.
